Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -
He=O! (tuvimagha)=Whose eternal power is wealth, in him, (indra)=destroyer of all enemies God, (tvam)=you,(yaḥ)=the very, (naḥ)=our, (sahasreṣu)=many, (śubhriṣu)=very sincere righteous conduct, (goṣu)=the activities of the kingdom of the earth, (aśveṣu)=in the parts of the army like elephants, horses etc, (sarvam)=all, (parikrośam)=all the weeping conduct, (jahi)=destroy (kṛkadāśvam)=make that one who gives sorrow, (ca)=also, (jambhaya)=make invisible while destroying and, (anena)=by it, (tu)=then, (naḥ)=to us, (ā)=in a good way, (śaṃsaya)=make us happy.
English Translation (K.K.V.) -
O Commandant, whose eternal power is wealth, in him, destroyer of all enemies! You destroy the very sincere righteous conduct of ours, the activity of the kingdom of the earth and all the weeping conduct in the parts of the army like elephants, horses etc., destroy them. Make that one who gives sorrow also make invisible while destroying and then make us happy in a good way.

Translation of gist of the hymn by Maharshi Dayanand- In the previous hymn, the substances are said to be the means of learning, their ingredients are the substances of the world, they are created by the God, having said this, able to receive help from near them, those chairmen are civilized people, it is said in the twenty-eighth hymn. The association of the translation of the twenty-ninth hymn with the translation of the twenty-eighth hymn should be known.
