सूक्तम् - अक्षिरोगभेषज सूक्त
आब॑यो॒ अना॑बयो॒ रस॑स्त उ॒ग्र आ॑बयो। आ ते॑ कर॒म्भम॑द्मसि ॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठआव॑यो॒ इति॑ । अना॑बयो॒ इति॑। रस॑: । ते॒ । उ॒ग्र: । आ॒ब॒यो॒ इति॑ । आ । ते॒ । क॒र॒म्भम् । अ॒द्म॒सि॒ ॥१६.१॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
आबयो अनाबयो रसस्त उग्र आबयो। आ ते करम्भमद्मसि ॥

Translation -
[N.B. In this hymn the description of Sarsapa, the mustard seed seems to be the main theme- Other medicinal plants which grow up in the vicinity of this mustard plant are also described. But at present they are not known by us.] The juice of Abaya, (the mustard plant) and Anabaya (the other kind of mustard plant) is pungent. We use the powder or gruel of this Abaya, for the sake of medicine.
