त्रि॒ꣳश॒द्धाम॒ विरा॑जति॒ वाक् प॑त॒ङ्गाय॑ धीयते। प्रति॒ वस्तो॒रह॒ द्युभिः॑॥८॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठत्रि॒ꣳशत्। धाम॑। वि। रा॒ज॒ति॒। वाक्। प॒त॒ङ्गाय॑। धी॒य॒ते॒। प्रति॑। वस्तोः॑। अह॑। द्युभि॒रिति॒ द्युऽभिः॑ ॥८॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
त्रिँशद्धाम विराजति वाक्पतङ्गाय धीयते । प्रति वस्तोरह द्युभिः ॥

त्रिꣳशत्। धाम। वि। राजति। वाक्। पतङ्गाय। धीयते। प्रति। वस्तोः। अह। द्युभिरिति द्युऽभिः॥८॥
Meaning -
Gods word rules supreme throughout the world. The Vedas are recited for acquiring the knowledge of God. We should resolutely recite and understand the Vedas everyday with their illuminating sayings.

त्रिंशद्रधाम according to Ubbat means the thirty parts मुहूर्त of the day. According to Mahidhar, it means the thirty days of the month. According to Swami Dayananda it means the thirty three devatas, excluding the space (Antriksha), Sun, and Fire. The word thirty realms means all the parts of the world. The number thirty is used indefinitely. पतङ्ग means physical fire and God. वाक् mean speech and the word of God.
