Subject of the mantra - Nevertheless, in this mantra, the qualities of both of them have been elucidated.
Etymology and English translation based on Anvaya (logical connection of words) of Maharshi Dayanad Saraswati (M.D.S)- -
He=O! (sakhāyaḥ)=friend, (vāryyāṇām)=very good vidvāṃsaḥ)=scholars, [aura]=and, (purutamam)=forcing creatures of rogue nature for repentance, (īśānam)=the God capable of creating, the seeker of knowledge or the air in the middle of it, (puruṇām)=Practioners of many branches of knowledge from earth to sky, (indram)=of god giver of all majesties and air’s physical qualities, (abhi)=in a nice way=worshipping in a specific way, (ye)=which, (sute)=Drawn with the knowledge of squeezing, (some)=materials made of Soamlata herb or aeronautics, (sacā)= Materials which are assembled, (santi)=are, (tān)=to them, (sarvopakārāya) =for beneficence of all, (yathā+yogyam)=accordingly, (abhi)= properly, (pragāyata)=worship in a specific way.
English Translation (K.K.V.) -
O friend and very good scholars! forcing creatures of rogue nature for repentance; the God capable of creating, the seeker of knowledge or the air in the middle of it; having practice of many branches of knowledge from earth to sky, God giver of all majesties and air’s physical qualities, in a nice way, worshipping in a specific way, which is drawn with the knowledge of squeezing, materials made of Soma herb or aeronautics; and for beneficence of all, worship properly in a specific way accordingly.

In this mantra, there is paronomasia as a figurative. In this mantra from the previous one, these three words-“sakhāyaḥ tu abhipragāyata” should be taken for meaning. By making suitable arrangements in this mantra, God by giving them the rewards of their deeds, and because of enjoying the results of these deeds or being a seeker of knowledge and all activities, have accepted the material i.e. worldly air.

Translator’s Notes-Soma Lata- According to Kalpadrum, the creeper is famous by its name. Its other names are Soma Lata, Soma, Ksiri and Dwijpriya. According to Bhavaprakash Nighantu (Ayurvedic Dictionary), Somavalli is a chemical that eliminates three types of defects. It is said to be holy for yajan and for one who performs yajan.
