Purport -

God blesses all souls-human beings, saying-O souls! Your weapons, namely cannons, rifles, bows and arrows, swords, spears etc. should be firm and strong. For what purpose ? In order to defeat your enemies, so that no wicked enemy can ever harm you. Moreover to stop the violent agitation of the enemies, your strong and excellent army should be praise-worthy all over the world, so that no enemy may intend wage a war against you. But the men who are unjust, we do not bless them. Those who are wicked, sinful, and devoid of devotion to God, their power and kingdom should never prosper. They should come to grief and suffer defeat. O freinds ! Come, we all getting to propiate God so that all our miseries and sorrows come to an end and we should be ever victorious. May God bless us so that our foes should never prosper and increase.
