Purport -

O the most subtle and Supreme Lord! You are Purūtamam most execllent and destroyer of all our enemies. Moreover, you are iśanam--the Lord and creator of all the things of the multifairous universe. You are Vāryāṇām-most excellent, the Master of choosable highest bliss i.e. liberation. O the Creator of the world! We should by dedicated love and devotion sing the glory of your majesty from the core of our heart; and praise you in most befitting manner, so that by your grace our wealth should increase and we should attain highest bliss
