O Omnipotent Lord! You always sing the 'sama'. Kindly reveal and sing similarly in our heart, all kinds of knowledge. Just as the most learned scholar chants the 'săma' in a yajña, in the same way illumine us with the songs of knowledge of 'sama' etc. You by your kindness extol praise the Vedic lore, kindly make us also praiseworthy. Just as a Vedic scholar edifies-extols all the objects with the help of the science, similarly you should be kind towards us. Being capable of employing all your powers, donor of cereals-grains; corn, and being g most vigorous and swift, you are Väji. Just like cloud Juskindly shower shower the excellent attributes and things, kindly those on us also. By your grace ce we should get good progeny and worship you. O Omnipotent Lord! From all sides advise nicely the well being for us i.e. inspire welfare, so that we never listen to damaging talks (things). O the Bestower of happiness and prosperity on all! Advise the people of the whole world to do righteous deeds, so that no one should think of doing unrighteous actions and goodness may reign supreme everywhere.
