Purport -

O the Lord of the universe! Instruct all the souls fully and continuously about the hightest happinesssalvation, which is higher than all worldy pleasures. O Omniscient Lord! Be seated firmly in our heart and quietly impart us your highest knowledge. Kindly make us [our soul] your abode to dwell in, so that we may receive your Vedic Lore. Leading us in excellent behaviour your teaching is like this-"Do your duty. With your full capacity with great efforts follow the laws of righteousness. Do not do unlawful and evil acts. Never give up efforts which one can do." Bless us O God! So that becoming valorous we may in Yajñās, which are scientific and in wars which are in accordance with righteousness, we may sing your glory-the Supreme Spirit! We should pray to you, listen about your teachings and meditate upon you. We should talk about Your sovereign imperial sway and welfare of mankind. By your grace we should always experience divine bliss.

I bow to God Almighty again and again, who is the supreme ruler of the whole world.
