Purport -

O Gracious Lord! Do not bestow happiness, in this world, on the sinner, the hostile and the wicked. Never give happiness to those who act against the path of righteousness, and who keep company with unrighteous persons. Those who sympathise with them or assist them should also never be happy. O Lord! We pray to You that the wicked should never be happy, otherwise none will be interested in the righteousness. Confer happiness only on righteous men. There should be sinless, harmless, stable and firm happiness for our sense and motor organs, which are tranquil and restrained, milchcows and other domestic animals, heroic sons, valorous servents, the king of our country. who is endowed with knowledge, wisdom and possessed of the wealth of cereals and the rich men. The Protector of all O God! You are the saviour of all the aforesaid righteous men. Those whom You protect they always enjoy Supreme bliss, none else.
