Purport -

O God I Dear to all I You are most desirable by your very nature i.e. everyone wishes to have a vision of yours, because you are the most learned-possessor of infinite Attributes. You are the foe of the sins of your devotees i.e. You are the destroyer of all their sins. You are the Sustainer and Protector of your devotees and all the universe. You are always desirous of providing commodities like corn etc. to righteous and venerable devotees. You are worthy of being served by the learned. You are Holy by nature, purifier of the whole world, and the destroyer of the sins, none else. You are the King of the kings and bestower of happiness to the souls of the to the souls of the poor and weak.

O Dispenser of Justice, the holy guide of the world assembly, Ordainer of the assembly, Trustworthy head of the assembly, Beloved of the assembly, Protector of the assembly, and Bestower of happiness through the and lover assembly. You are also Pure by nature, of purity. O the unchangeable You are with agitation [unperturbable], envolping like the sky. Being most subtle your name is 'Nabha'. You are knower of all. You are witness of the actions of right and wrong-doers, so that whatever good or bad deed one has committed, he should get the same reward. The reward of one's action should not accrue to anyone else.

You are pious by nature and cleanser of sins, the Purifier of air-currents and rainfall by spreading in the atmosphere sweet fragrant, disease-preventive and nutritive materials. You are the decomposor [splitting in atoms] of all kinds of material and therefore, your

name is 'Havyesudana'. O God Almighty! Your abode-dwelling place is truth and truth alone. You dwell in your real nature. You dwell in truthful behaviour not in falsehood. You are Absolute bliss by nature and Bestower of bliss in the world. You are Self-Effulgent by nature and illuminator of all.
