कपृ॑न्नरः कपृ॒थमुद्द॑धातन चो॒दय॑त खु॒दत॒ वाज॑सातये। नि॑ष्टि॒ग्र्य: पु॒त्रमा च्या॑वयो॒तय॒ इन्द्रं॑ स॒बाध॑ इ॒ह सोम॑पीतये ॥

कपृन्नरः कपृथमुद्दधातन चोदयत खुदत वाजसातये। निष्टिग्र्य: पुत्रमा च्यावयोतय इन्द्रं सबाध इह सोमपीतये ॥

Translation -
O leaders of the people, the mighty king is quite capable of running the administration and looking after the welfare of the people. Enthral him on the high position of a protector and defender of the people’s welfare and prosperity. Stimulate him to win war and attain fortunes and make him happy and well-pleased. O people, working all together in this state, assist the powerful king for the defence and attainment of national well-being and fortune, acting as a protector of the council secretly controlling all the affairs of the state.
