कदु॑ द्यु॒म्नमि॑न्द्र॒ त्वाव॑तो॒ नॄन्कया॑ धि॒या क॑रसे॒ कन्न॒ आग॑न्। मि॒त्रो न स॒त्य उ॑रुगाय भृ॒त्या अन्ने॑ समस्य॒ यदस॑न्मनी॒षाः ॥

Indra, when shall we have the light, power and honour of prosperity in life? What is that order of intelligence by which you transform humans to divine consciousness of your presence? When would you reveal your presence to us in direct experience? O lord adorable ever true as friend, when would our thoughts and actions be fruitful and win your favour of food, sustenance and stability for all mankind in peace and prosperity?
