Purport -
O wise and salvation-seeking souls! The highest beatific state of Omnipresent God is worth knowing by all. By attaining [realising] that God, human soul enjoys the supreme bliss of liberation and never falls from that state into the misery of births and deaths [uptil the limit or period of salvation]. The righteous, self-restrained, the benefactor of all, learned persons with noble thoughts have a glimpse of that God.
By which instance! Just as the glance of the eye pervadse the whole space over which it is cast or the pervades the whole space over lustre of the sun is spread over all space, in the same way the Supreme Lord surrounds the whole universe in an uniform manner. That highest Beatific Lord is the final Beatitude of men. Realising this highest Beatific State, the soul is freed from all miseries, otherwise the the Soul I never gets bliss. Therefore, proper efforts [in accordance with the scriptures] should be made to realise God.
