    त॒नू॒पाऽअ॑ग्नेऽसि त॒न्वं मे पाह्यायु॑र्दाऽअ॑ग्ने॒ऽस्यायु॑र्मे देहि वर्चो॒दाऽअ॑ग्नेऽसि॒ वर्चो॑ मे देहि। अग्ने॒ यन्मे॑ त॒न्वाऽऊ॒नं तन्म॒ऽआपृ॑ण॥१७॥

    त॒नू॒पा इति॑ तनू॒ऽपाः। अ॒ग्ने॒। अ॒सि॒। त॒न्व᳖म्। मे॒। पा॒हि॒। आ॒यु॒र्दा इत्यायुः॒दाः। अ॒ग्ने॒। अ॒सि॒। आयुः॑। मे॒। दे॒हि॒। व॒र्च्चो॒दा इति॑ वर्च्चः॒ऽदाः। अ॒ग्ने॒। अ॒सि॒। वर्च्चः॑। मे॒। दे॒हि॒। अग्ने॑। यत्। मे॒। त॒न्वाः᳖ ऊ॒नम्। तत्। मे॒। आ। पृ॒ण॒ ॥१७॥

    तनूपाऽअग्नेसि तन्वम्मे पाह्यायुर्दा अग्ने स्यायुर्मे देहि वर्चादाऽअग्ने सि वर्चा मे देहि । अग्ने यन्मे तन्वाऽऊनन्तन्मे आ पृण ॥

    तनूपा इति तनूऽपाः। अग्ने। असि। तन्वम्। मे। पाहि। आयुर्दा इत्यायुःदाः। अग्ने। असि। आयुः। मे। देहि। वर्च्चोदा इति वर्च्चःऽदाः। अग्ने। असि। वर्च्चः। मे। देहि। अग्ने। यत्। मे। तन्वाः ऊनम्। तत्। मे। आ। पृण॥१७॥

    Acknowledgment

    Purport -

    Protector of all O Self-Effulgent God! You are the protector or of our bodies-remover of their defects, hence nourish our bodies and remove their defects. O the Almighty Physician! You are the Prolonger and Protector of the span of life-You are the donor of long life, bestow on me an excellent, long, happy and prosperous life. O Infinite Lustre of divine wisdom! You are Imparter of brilliance and lustre of true knowledge, kindly endow me with the most excellent brilliance of knowledge. By 1 aforesaid protection of the body etc., always keep us in a happy and prosperous state-keep in bliss. Moreover, whatever we lack in our bodies etc., kindly remove that by a glance of Your Mercy and put us in all kinds of happiness and prosperity. We should not be in lack of bliss and excellant things-objects neccessary for life. 

    When we Your children will be in bliss, then there is the glory of the father. From whom else Your children will ask for great and small things and happiness, except father and mother. You are our Omnipotent Father. You are our most competent father to bestow all kinds of prosperity and happiness.
