सूक्त - गृत्समदो मेधातिथिर्वा
देवता - द्रविणोदाः
छन्दः - एकवसाना साम्नी त्रिष्टुप्
सूक्तम् - सूक्त-२
दे॒वो द्र॑विणो॒दाः पो॒त्रात्सु॒ष्टुभः॑ स्व॒र्कादृ॒तुना॒ सोमं॑ पिबतु ॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठदे॒व: । द्र॒वि॒ण॒:ऽदा: । पो॒त्रात् । सु॒ऽस्तुभ॑: । सु॒ऽअ॒र्कात् । ऋ॒तुना॑ । सोम॑म् । पि॒ब॒तु॒ ॥२.४॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
देवो द्रविणोदाः पोत्रात्सुष्टुभः स्वर्कादृतुना सोमं पिबतु ॥
स्वर रहित पद पाठदेव: । द्रविण:ऽदा: । पोत्रात् । सुऽस्तुभ: । सुऽअर्कात् । ऋतुना । सोमम् । पिबतु ॥२.४॥

Translation -
Let the shining Dravinoda (electricity in the cloud) drink the juice of herbs from the praiseworthy extolled Potra according to the season. [N. B. :—Marutah, Agni, Indra and Dravinodas are the Devas of Yajna and Potra, Agnidhra, Brahmana, are the . priests of Yajna. So according to season the oblations are grasped by these Devas from the priests of the Yajna.]
