सूक्तम् - शत्रुनिवारण सूक्त
स॒प्त जा॒तान्न्यर्बुद उदा॒राणां॑ समी॒क्षय॑न्। तेभि॒ष्ट्वमाज्ये॑ हु॒ते सर्वै॒रुत्ति॑ष्ठ॒ सेन॑या ॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठस॒प्त । जा॒तान् । नि॒ऽअ॒र्बु॒दे॒ । उ॒त्ऽआ॒राणा॑म् । स॒म्ऽई॒क्षय॑न् । तेभि॑: । त्वम् । आज्ये॑ । हु॒ते । सर्वै॑: । उत् । ति॒ष्ठ॒ । सेन॑या ॥११.६॥

सप्त जातान्न्यर्बुद उदाराणां समीक्षयन्। तेभिष्ट्वमाज्ये हुते सर्वैरुत्तिष्ठ सेनया ॥

Translation -
O ever-enterprising general, exhibiting to the enemy, the seven well-known sources of strength of the state, rise with all of them and with thy army, as fire rises when butter is poured into it!
