Purport -

O ye people of the World I The God who is the bestower of self-knowledge, life and vital-energy, who is the giver of three fold-three types of strength i.e. firstly, mental strength with true knowledge, secondly, the strength of sense-organs-the soundness of the ears etc. and brillance, thirdly, physical strength-health of the body, the robustness of muscles, firmness of limbs, increment of semen. The learned and wise obey His commands in a right manner. None in the world can transgress His eternal laws and rules, may he be animate or inanimate, learned or fool. Just as a man listens to by ears and sees the objects by eyes, none can do it otherwise. Taking shelter under Him is called the cause of final emancipation [liberation] for the learned. The lack of His mercy [refuge] is the cause of untold miseries— undergoing the cycle of birth and death again and again, for the wicked. O the good friends! He is the only Father who is the Bestower of Divine Bliss. Come, all of us should love Him, have faith in Him. We should never worship anybody else. He will bless us with perfect bliss, there is no doubt about it.
