अथर्ववेद - काण्ड 3/ सूक्त 17/ मन्त्र 1
सीरा॑ युञ्जन्ति क॒वयो॑ यु॒गा वि त॑न्वते॒ पृथ॑क्। धीरा॑ दे॒वेषु॑ सुम्न॒यौ ॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठसीरा॑ । यु॒ञ्ज॒न्ति॒ । क॒वय॑: । यु॒गा । वि । त॒न्व॒ते॒ । पृथ॑क् । धीरा॑: । दे॒वेषु॑ । सु॒म्न॒ऽयौ ॥१७.१॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
सीरा युञ्जन्ति कवयो युगा वि तन्वते पृथक्। धीरा देवेषु सुम्नयौ ॥

Translation -
The learned, contemplative yogis, individually, concentrate their mindon the arteries, for worshipping God through yoga. They perform yogic exercises. Living in the midst of the wise with ease, they attain to final beatitude.
