    दे॒वस्य॑ त्वा सवि॒तुः प्रस॑वेऽश्विनो॑र्बा॒हुभ्यां॑ पू॒ष्णो हस्ता॑भ्याम्। सर॑स्वत्यै वा॒चो य॒न्तुर्य॒न्त्रेणा॒ग्नेः साम्रा॑ज्येना॒भिषि॑ञ्चामि॥३७॥

    दे॒वस्य॑। त्वा॒। स॒वि॒तुः। प्र॒स॒वे इति॑ प्र॒ऽस॒वे। अ॒श्विनोः॑। बा॒हुभ्या॒मिति॑ बा॒हुऽभ्या॑म्। पू॒ष्णः। हस्ता॑भ्याम्। सर॑स्वत्यै। वा॒चः। य॒न्तुः। य॒न्त्रेण॑ अग्नेः॑। साम्रा॑ज्ये॒नेति॒ साम्ऽरा॑ज्येन। अ॒भिषि॑ञ्चामीत्य॒भिऽसि॑ञ्चामि ॥३७ ॥

    देवस्य। त्वा। सवितुः। प्रसवे इति प्रऽसवे। अश्विनोः। बाहुभ्यामिति बाहुऽभ्याम्। पूष्णः। हस्ताभ्याम्। सरस्वत्यै। वाचः। यन्तुः। यन्त्रेण अग्नेः। साम्राज्येनेति साम्ऽराज्येन। अभिषिञ्चामीत्यभिऽसिञ्चामि॥३७॥

    Acknowledgment

    Meaning -
    In this socio-political yajna of the land in Lord Savita’s creation, I in-vest you with the power and presidency of Agni, the Ruler, and consecrate you with the arms of Ashvinis (the heat and passion of the sun and the peace and cool of the moon) and the hands of Pusha (power of the nation’s sustenance with the positive and negative current’s of the systemic circuit). I vest in you the constitution of the sovereign nation and sanctify you with the voice of the people in the service of Sarasvati, the wisdom and culture of humanity.
