Purport -

Ordainer and Creator of the entire Universe O God! You have created three regions i.e. the highest, the middle and the lowest. Teach your friends about these spheres, so that after receiving right knowledge about these regions and dealing in a right way with their habitats we should always remain happy. We should be clear in the matter of giving and taking with others who dwell in the three regions.

O the Upholder of Your powers! You are the Promoter of our bodies and other objects essential for our life. You manage for us in such a manner that we may have respect for the learned and draw happiness from the company of good persons, and obtain virtues like knowledge and wisdom. By your generosity grant us all kinds of happiness. We are utterly unable to propitiate You to please you. We cannot act upon-follow throughty your divine commandments, but you are the saviour of the down-trodden. By Your Glance of Mercy make us happy and prosperous.
