    Purport -

O Men! He-Our father who always sustains and protects us, He who is our Creator, He who is Bestower of supreme bliss of final emancipation etc., He who liberates from the bondage of the world, He who fully knows about the heaven and the earth-the whole universe, their spheres of existence and also their respective positions, who abides in every particle and in each individual being, He who is the assignor of the names and functions of virtuous [divine] sun and other celestial bodies and sense-organs, He is the ordainer of the name and future prospects of the scholars. He is the matchless God and none else. He is one without a second. He is our Lord and our Father. There should be no doubt in this respect.

The learned scholars [wisemen], the Vedas and all other beings are putting questions and answeres to get a decisive knowledge of God, His nature, attributes and efforts of man is to realise God, deeds. The four objects of life i.e. Dharma-discharge of duty and practise of righteous deeds, Artha-acquirement of weatlh, Kamagratification of desires, Moksha-liberation form the bondage of accomplished only by realising God, not otherwise. Therefore, all the humanbeings with their bodies, minds, wealth and with the help of God should try carefully to achieve these ends.
