इडा॑यास्त्वा प॒दे व॒यं नाभा॑ पृथि॒व्याऽअधि॑।जात॑वेदो॒ नि धी॑म॒ह्यग्ने॑ ह॒व्याय॒ वोढ॑वे॥१५॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठइडा॑याः। त्वा॒। प॒दे। व॒यम्। नाभा॑। पृ॒थि॒व्याः। अधि॑ ॥ जात॑वेद॒ इति॑ जात॑ऽवेदः। नि। धी॒म॒हि॒। अग्ने॑। ह॒व्याय॑। वोढ॑वे ॥१५ ॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
इडायास्त्वा पदे वयन्नाभा पृथिव्याऽअधि । जातवेदो नि धीमह्यग्ने हव्याय वोढवे ॥

इडायाः। त्वा। पदे। वयम्। नाभा। पृथिव्याः। अधि॥ जातवेद इति जातऽवेदः। नि। धीमहि। अग्ने। हव्याय। वोढवे॥१५॥
Translation -
We set this omnipresent fire divine upon the central point of the earth — which is the seat of the knowledge - for the purpose of receiving oblations. (1)
Notes -
Iḍāyāḥ pade, at the seat of knowledge. Literally, at the foot of wisdom. Prthivyāḥ nābhā, भूमे: नाभौ , on the central point of the earth. Havyāya voḍhave, for carrying the offerings; for receiv ing oblations.
