प्रा॒णश्च॑ मेऽपा॒नश्च॑ मे व्या॒नश्च॒ मेऽसु॑श्च मे चि॒त्तं च॑ म॒ऽआधी॑तं च मे॒ वाक् च॑ मे॒ मन॑श्च मे॒ चक्षु॑श्च मे॒ श्रोत्रं॑ च मे॒ दक्ष॑श्च मे॒ बलं॑ च मे य॒ज्ञेन॑ कल्पन्ताम्॥२॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठप्रा॒णः। च॒। मे॒। अ॒पा॒न इत्य॑पऽआ॒नः। च॒। मे॒। व्या॒न इति॑ विऽआ॒नः। च॒। मे॒। असुः॑। च॒। मे॒। चि॒त्तम्। च॒। मे॒। आधी॑त॒मित्याऽधी॑तम्। च॒। मे॒। वाक्। च॒। मे॒। मनः॑। च॒। मे॒। चक्षुः॑। च॒। मे॒। श्रोत्र॑म्। च॒। मे। दक्षः॑। च॒। मे॒। बलम्। च॒। मे॒। य॒ज्ञेन॑। क॒ल्प॒न्ता॒म् ॥२ ॥

प्राणश्च मे पानश्च मे व्यानश्च मे सुश्च मे चित्तञ्च म आधीतञ्च मे वाक्च मे मनश्च मे चक्षुश्च मे श्रोत्रञ्च मे दक्षश्च मे बलञ्च मे यज्ञेन कल्पन्ताम् ॥

प्राणः। च। मे। अपान इत्यपऽआनः। च। मे। व्यान इति विऽआनः। च। मे। असुः। च। मे। चित्तम्। च। मे। आधीतमित्याऽधीतम्। च। मे। वाक्। च। मे। मनः। च। मे। चक्षुः। च। मे। श्रोत्रम्। च। मे। दक्षः। च। मे। बलम्। च। मे। यज्ञेन। कल्पन्ताम्॥२॥
Meaning -
May my Pran and Apan, my Vyan and my Dhananjaya, my Nag breath and other breaths, my memory and my well defined knowledge, my voice and hearing, my mind and reflections, my eye and knowledge, my ear and vedic authority, my wisdom and honour, my strength and valour, prosper through the practice of religion.

Pran : The breath that moves above the navel. Apan is the breath that moves down the navel. Vyan is the breath that move-; throughout the body, and specially resides in the navel. Other breaths are Devdatt, Dhananjaya, etc.
