अ॒न्तश्च॑रति रोच॒नास्य प्रा॒णाद॑पान॒ती। व्य॑ख्यन् महि॒षो दिव॑म्॥७॥
स्वर सहित पद पाठअ॒न्तरित्य॒न्तः। च॒र॒ति॒। रो॒च॒ना। अ॒स्य॒। प्रा॒णात्। अ॒पा॒न॒तीत्य॑पऽअ॒न॒ती। वि। अ॒ख्य॒न्। म॒हि॒षः। दिव॑म् ॥७॥
स्वर रहित मन्त्र
अन्तश्चरति रोचनास्य प्राणादपानती व्यख्यन्महिषो दिवम् ॥

अन्तरित्यन्तः। चरति। रोचना। अस्य। प्राणात्। अपानतीत्यपऽअनती। वि। अख्यन्। महिषः। दिवम्॥७॥
Meaning -
The lustre of this fire, goes up and comes down in the space like exhalation and inhalation in the body. This great fire displays the Sun.

Lightning is the lustre of fire. Just as Pran and Apan go up and down in the body, so does fire rise in the sky and then it comes down.
